  • Once an order is packed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may still request a return after delivery.

2. How to Cancel an Order

  2. Select the order you wish to cancel.
  3. If the cancellation option is available, click “Cancel Order”.
  4. You can also contact our customer support with your order number to request cancellation.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If your order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exceptions

  • Customized or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
  • Orders marked as “Final Sale” or "Non-Cancellable" during checkout cannot be canceled.

5. Failed Delivery / Refused Orders

  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the order may be canceled and refunded, minus applicable shipping charges.
